However, you were just as persistent in calling us every day to list with you as you were in getting our house sold. We said, "since Stacie is that persistent in getting the listing, lam sure she will be that persistent in getting our home sold". And, you sure were and you sure did we are so grateful you were that persistent! From our very first meeting, we immediately knew that you were the agent we wanted to work with to sell our very special home. We did not hesitate in listing it with you. You were very professional, listened intently, and wrote down all of our input and concerns. You knew how very special our home was to us. We had our criteria and you respected our wishes. You always had a positive attitude and very sincerely told us our home was very special. You put a beautiful package together with photos, virtual tours, and brochures. lt was all very professional. We appreciated your many compliments on our home. You knew we put a lot of love and dedicated work into it. Our home sold quicker than expected. As a professional, you got the job done beautifully. And, we not only gained a new professional relationship but gained a new friendship as well. It was a tear-jerker at the closing, but that was our goal to sell our home. And, to boot, for the price we believed was well-deserved we certainly do miss our home. But, as empty-nesters, we are looking forward to the next chapter in our lives. I am posting this review on behalf of my Mother in Law, H Zaremba: Approximately two years ago, my husband and I decided it was time to put our NPB condo on the market. As we live out of state, we relied on a friend's recommendation in choosing a realtor to list our property which turned out to be a waste of time and money. There were very few showings in the year that the agent had the listing, and we rarely, if ever, got feedback. I’ve bought and sold numerous residential and commercial properties. Stacie, by far, was one of the best I’ve had the pleasure to work with.
