Choose from a number of cardio machines on the first floor of the Club. With more than ten treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes, you can get your sweat on without having to fight for a spot. You’ll also find the spin studio and two training rooms, where you can practice boxing or TRX. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional studios that host over 70 classes each week. Try your hand at Zumba or yoga. For more intense workouts, take on the Sports Intervals class. For something gentler, try the Sit and Be Fitclass.
